Our more than 120-year-old QUinta houses five charming accommodations with large private terraces. Designed by an architekt with an eye for authentic details, our houses are equipped with all conveniences such as an extensive kitchen, air conditioning (and floor heating for winter), high-speed internet and a large swimming pool. 92183/AL

'Quinta da Vida' means 'rural living', and well sums up the atmosphere and character of this beautiful region. The large garden and rural surroundings offer our guests peace and freedom to enjoy throughout the year.

Quinta da Vida is located in an old olive farm that, in its previous existence, was mainly used for pressing the local olives. The Quinta is located in the eastern Algarve, close to Moncarapacho (5km), a town half an hour's drive from Faro airport. Read more about the area here.

The Quinta houses five holiday homes and our private house. The conversion of the beautiful old building has preserved as many old features as possible, while incorporating all the facilities expected of a modern holiday home. The thick natural stone walls that keep the house cool in summer and retain heat in winter, the wooden beams and natural stone are excellent examples. Apart from all the extensive indoor facilities, all holiday homes have a large private terrace, as well as a barbecue, dining table and lounge sofa.

In the grounds surrounding the Quinta, there is a spacious garden with beautiful old trees and a communal swimming pool with sun loungers.

There is also a ping pong table, volleyball court, lots of toys and games.

The Quinta uses renewable energy sources, such as solar energy for heating the water and for underfloor heating. Water is pumped from an underground spring.
