The villa is decorated in a Mediterranean style and features a large living room and an open-plan kitchen (with utility room) that is fully equipped. On the ground floor, you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From both the living room and the bedrooms, you have access to the terraces, the patio, and the swimming pool. The air conditioning in the bedrooms ensures a pleasant temperature, even on the hottest days.

Safety first

The semi-covered panoramic terrace at the front connects the terraces at the side and back, ensuring there is always a comfortable place to sit, depending on the time of day. The entire terrace can be securely closed off to prevent small children from wandering off. The swimming pool is accessible via the side terrace and can also be closed off with gates, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.
