Quinta Corcunda

Our small-scale quinta is located in the countryside on a large plot of land at the foot of the ´Ondas´ hill, called golf. In the authentic Portuguese hinterland, you will stay in one of six completely unique and tasteful holiday homes. At the outdoor swimming pool with a large terrace and a long dining table you will find sun loungers, nice seats and an honesty bar. A paradise for families, couples and winter travellers who love relaxation and freedom in pleasant surroundings.
Charming estate in the countryside
The peaceful estate is surrounded by no less than four hectares of land with olive trees, orange, fig and carob trees and a recently planted fruit tree garden. Our extensive grounds are tucked away in a rural setting with little traffic. The gate to the quinta is at the end of a dirt track and yet its location is anything but secluded. Several arterial roads are around the corner and within 5 minutes you are in the centre of Moncarapacho and on the motorway.
Atmospheric accommodation
The former farmhouse of Quinta Corcunda houses four luxury holiday homes, each with its own entrance and surrounded by a beautiful garden.
Each property and also the associated terraces offer plenty of privacy, beautiful views and they are different in terms of layout. We value quality and cosiness and have reflected this in the interiors. Homely and colourful with a complete kitchen, TV, WIFI, modern bathrooms and good mattresses. Many original details from the year 1900 have been preserved. This has created a nice mix of originality, atmosphere and comfort. The two glamping accommodations are completely detached on the estate and both have their own swimming pool. At the end of 2022, we renovated our accommodations, making it all look like new again.
We, Marga and Rob, run our quinta since 2011 with great pleasure and from our hearts. With us, our guest is king and we find it important to create a personal and warm atmosphere. We guarantee tranquillity and want everyone to have an unforgettable time at the quinta. Of course, we respect the complete privacy of our guests, but are always nearby if you need us. In fact, we live in one of the lodgings on the former farmhouse. We also like to think along about a nice trip, visit to a market or a good restaurant. Upon arrival, we will prepare a bottle of wine for you and can fill your fridge if you arrive late on the first day of your holiday.
